The 2023 Wenzhou International Pump, Valve and Pipeline Exhibition and the 5th China Valve City · Longwan International Valve Exhibition, sponsored by the People's Government of Longwan District, Wenzhou City, undertaken by the Longwan District Valve Industry Association of Wenzhou City, and executed by Wenzhou Jinying Media Co., Ltd., grandly opened at Wenzhou Olympic Sports Convention and Exhibition Center on May 27th and concluded successfully on May 29th.
At the opening ceremony, Li Mingda, Member of the Standing Committee of the Longwan District Party Committee, delivered a speech stating that we should take this exhibition as an important platform to deepen the exchange and cooperation of new technologies, new products and new models, gather high-quality industry resources, smooth the domestic and international dual circulation, use "small valves" to leverage the "big market" and connect the "entire industrial chain", help market recovery and industrial upgrading, achieve win-win results for all parties, and promote the Longwan valve industry to scale new heights.
The exhibition gathered more than 400 benchmark enterprises in the industry, attracting merchants from various parts of the country and 103 international buyers from 24 countries to gather in Wenzhou. During the same period, major professional activities such as the China Valve Procurement Summit and the China (Wenzhou) Control Valve Technology Summit Forum were held. On site, 12 off-site chambers of commerce and associations reached strategic cooperation with Wenzhou enterprises, with an on-site procurement amount of 75 million yuan and an intended procurement amount of 300 million yuan.
During the exhibition, the organizing committee also organized various chambers of commerce and associations to conduct on-site inspections of leading enterprises such as Jinggong Valve Group Co., Ltd., Lianggong Valve Group Co., Ltd., Jitai Valve Group Co., Ltd., Teiyi Valve Technology Group Co., Ltd., Keke Valve Group Co., Ltd., and Hangda Valve Group Co., Ltd., facilitating a number of intended procurement and industrial supporting cooperation agreements, and realizing complementary regional resource advantages and coordinated industrial development.
The exhibition received a total of 17,460 person-times of merchants, signed 194 on-site contracts, reached 112 intended cooperation projects, with a contract transaction volume of 195 million yuan and an intended amount of 470 million yuan, achieving fruitful results.
In recent years, the Longwan valve industry has maintained a strong momentum. In 2022, the sales output value of above-scale enterprises reached 16.636 billion yuan, with both output value and growth rate ranking among the top in various industries in the district. The exhibition also created a digital "cloud viewing" model to achieve synchronized online and offline linkage, further expanding the industry influence.
