Lixin Valve Group, standing executive vice‑chairman member of our association, was featured as one of the typical representatives of green manufacturing among Wenzhou valve enterprises. By adopting renewable energy such as green power, the company has fostered new competitive edges and injected fresh momentum into its development.
The article states：In Yongjia County, Wenzhou, inside the digital factory of Lixin Valve Group Co., Ltd., amid the roar of CNC machine tools, batches of valve products are manufactured and sold across the globe.
“Our production runs on green power,” said Wang Qinai, Chairman of the company with pride, showing a tradable green power certificate. “This certificate acts like a ‘green pass’, opening doors to larger overseas markets. Our foreign trade export volume rose by 15% year‑on‑year last year.”
Within one year, Lixin Valve has successively been certified as a Provincial‑Level Green & Low‑Carbon Factory and a National‑Level Green Factory.
Green production has also won recognition from the international market. An oil company from the United Arab Emirates included Lixin Valve into its supplier system precisely for its green‑manufacturing capabilities.
“The certification process for such multinational suppliers is highly complicated and normally takes around one year, yet we completed it in only eight months.”
“Energy‑saving equipment plus photovoltaic power generation naturally brings down costs,” said Wang Qinai.
He cited the company’s figures：the output value rose from RMB160 million in 2022 to RMB360 million in 2025, while electricity costs dropped significantly.
At present, photovoltaic power generation covers about 60 % of the plant’s electricity consumption.
Furthermore, green power enables reverse power supply. During the long Spring‑Festival holiday every year, surplus electricity can be fed into the power grid, generating additional revenue of over RMB200,000 per year.
