Center from May 23 to 25, 2026. To guarantee smooth booth setup and exhibition participation, please read the below instructions 

carefully and arrange your schedule properly.

Exhibitor Booth Setup

Shell Scheme Exhibitor Booth Setup:

Basic booth facilities are ready for exhibitors. Please complete your fascia board information registration in advance.

Standard Booth Facilities:

Note: Fees for extra booth accessories and services shall be paid by exhibitors themselves.

Raw Space Booth Setup

Definition of raw space booth: Exhibitors do not adopt standard booth fittings and carry out customized design and construction on bare floor area in line with corporate image and product display requirements. All exhibitors or their construction contractors must submit the following documents to the organizer prior to construction to complete access formalities

(1) One copy of business license; 

(2) Qualification certificate for exhibition participation or construction; 

(3) Booth construction layout, circuit drawing and rendering drawings; 

(4) Completed access registration form for special booth constructor with official seal affixed; 

(5) ID copies of legal representative and construction supervisor of the construction company.

Exhibition Management

(1)All personnel must carry valid badges (exhibitor, visitor, guest or press pass) to enter the hall. Badges are non-transferable; no entry without credentials. 

(2) Subleasing or transferring booths is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified with no booth fee refund and bear all losses.

Notes

1. All exhibits shall be moved in during build-up; forklifts are available on site. Arrange delivery in advance. Late delivery during show needs prior approval from organizer; hand-carried goods require exhibitor badges.

2.  Keep at least one staff at your booth for property safety. Fitters need ID or work permits; electricians must hold valid certificates. Stand construction shall comply with fire codes; no obstructions on aisles. Do not nail or damage venue facilities.

3.  Secure your belongings and exhibits throughout setup and exhibition period.

4.  Beware of unauthorized personnel posing as organizer to overcharge for backdrop, fascia upgrade and booth rental.

5.  Choose certified logistics only; avoid unlicensed couriers distributing business cards to prevent cargo loss.

6.  After setup, pack and label all leftover packaging materials.

Dismantling Arrangements

All exhibitors can start dismantling only after 14:00 on May 25. An exit slip issued by the service desk is required for cargo removal. Dismantling Rules:

1. Delivery vehicles may enter after 14:00. Drivers must stay with vehicles; illegal parking incurs penalties. 

2. Secure your goods. Theft will be handled by security. 

3. Protect venue facilities; compensation and legal liability apply for damage or theft. 

4. Remove all self-mounted posters and clean booth space. 

5. Take away all samples. Storage or shipment needs prior booking with organizers. 

6. All goods must be removed on schedule; unclaimed items will be disposed by organizers.
