Recently, in accordance with the Measures for the Accreditation and Administration of Wenzhou Municipal-level Industrial Design Centers, through procedures including enterprise application, recommendation by local economic and information authorities as well as expert evaluation, the Wenzhou Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has accredited 16 entities as Wenzhou Municipal-level Industrial Design Centers for the year 2025. Naisen Valve Industry Co., Ltd. headquartered in our county is among the accredited enterprises.
Founded in 1983, Naisen Valve is a National High-tech Enterprise, participant in national standard formulation, national-level technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, and Zhejiang Hidden Champion Enterprise. Integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service, the enterprise specializes in metal hard-seated butterfly valves.
Equipped with vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC machine tools and other advanced production facilities, the company runs a physical and chemical laboratory furnished with testing instruments for chemical composition analysis and mechanical property tests. It has also deployed MES and other management systems to build intelligently digitalized production workshops.
The independently developed all-metal bi-directional compression butterfly valve features full metal metal-to-metal sealing and replaceable sealing pairs, delivering advantages including zero bi-directional leakage under pressure, excellent erosion and abrasion resistance and extended service life. The enterprise serves as a major drafter of national standards governing such butterfly valves.
Going forward, local authorities will leverage the exemplary role of this municipal-level industrial design center, build supporting industrial design platforms, foster relevant enterprises and drive high-quality development of the county’s manufacturing sector.
