Founded in January 2016, Zhejiang Rock Machinery Testing Co., Ltd. is committed to providing professional third-party testing services for valve manufacturers at home and abroad. We are equipped with top-tier testing instruments in the industry: FID detectors manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific (USA), Leybold PHOENIX series helium mass spectrometer leak detectors from Germany, and the Teledyne QUIKLOOK II SYSTEM valve diagnostic system. Our laboratory owns 11 sets of fixed intelligent test workstations and one mobile intelligent test console, delivering reliable hardware support to generate scientific, impartial and professional test results. Our team consists of experienced professionals with long-term involvement in the valve sector, including 1 senior engineer and 5 engineers. We can deliver professional technical support and propose solutions promptly for clients. We operate one testing site divided into high-temperature laboratory, low-temperature laboratory and material laboratory by function. Offices have been established in Suzhou and Shanghai to facilitate rapid technical services for customers. Test reports issued by our laboratory are recognized by end-users including PetroChina, Sinopec, ADNOC, Hong Kong and China Gas, Schlumberger, CSSC, as well as domestic and international valve manufacturers such as Cameron, Emerson, Neway, Founder, Boteli, Shenjiang, Shentong, Vesa, and acknowledged by organizations and global counterparts complying with API, ISO and other standards. Scope of Services: Fugitive Emission Test, Valve Low Temperature Test, Valve High Temperature Test, Shell Industrial Valve Type Acceptance Test (TAT), PR2 Test, Gas Valve Type Test (GIS), Endurance Test, On-site Valve Diagnosis, Seal Performance Test and other related testing services.
