Founded in 2005, Zhejiang Haisheng Jinhuan Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Dongcheng Industrial Zone of Suichang County, known as the source of Qianjiang and Oujiang Rivers. The company covers a land area of 24,000 square meters with workshop buildings of 15,000 square meters. We are equipped with a large 5-meter CNC ring rolling machine, various CNC machine tools, forging equipment, and a full set of advanced processing and testing facilities. Endowed with strong technical strength, the company comprehensively implements lean production management, owning complete production lines integrating forging, heat treatment, machining and performance testing. We adopt integrated production control, applying scientific manufacturing processes and strict quality management throughout every production procedure. The company holds the Special Equipment Manufacturing License issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation. We have obtained certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and AS9100D, together with PED and EU CE product approvals. Previously we were certified to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007. The enterprise has been awarded the titles of Zhejiang Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative SME and High-tech Enterprise. We are an approved supplier of Sinopec and honored as an Excellent Model Unit for Quality & Integrity. Main products: various forgings, metal ring parts, pressure vessel flanges, tube sheets, mechanical parts and valve components. Custom non-standard products are available against customer drawings. The maximum dimension of flanges and ring parts reaches 6 meters in diameter and 900 mm in height. Both finished products and blanks can be supplied. Available materials: Austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, superalloy, Monel alloy, nickel alloy, Inconel alloy, Hastelloy alloy, corrosion-resistant alloy, Incoloy alloy, nickel-based superalloy, low-temperature alloy steel, carbon steel.
